Idaho Street Townhomes
Boise’s latest downtown development delivers an independent model, superior craftsmanship and a progressive take on what it means to be part of today’s work force. Settled in the burgeoning Linen District, you’re within walking distance to all the urban living amenities you could ask for without sacrificing the space of a one car garage or a relaxing view of Boise’s coveted foothills. These townhomes will show you new ways to live, work, and take part in a truly unique community of one of the Northwest’s fastest growing cities.
Boise has experienced significant growth in the last ten years, boosted in part by an impressive tradition of community-centered festivals and events—Treefort, Boise Music Festival, Art in the Park, the Farmer’s Market, just to name a few—and truly unique facilities like that of J.R. Simplot’s JUMP! Building. In response, the economy, infrastructure and even individual residents have started a buzz throughout all the Northwest. Likened to that of a younger Denver, CO., come see the excitement for yourself.

Idaho Townhomes present an opportunity to redefine your home and your workspace, the location providing easy access to food, fun, and the facilities necessary to run your business from home. The unique layouts give you a chance to choose which aspect you want to highlight, ask us how today!
About the Developer

A Portland, Oregon native and University of Oregon graduate with a degree in Journalism, David Hale worked in the Portland development and home building industry before relocating to Boise in 1997 to start his company, Hale Development, Inc. For the past 19 years, Hale has been a leader in residential and commercial infill development and construction, focusing on higher-density, single family and attached-residential housing. Since starting his company at the fresh age of 24, Hale has developed over 350 infill lots, built over 450 residential units and in 2005, conceptualized and brought to fruition a new neighborhood in Downtown Boise.

The Linen District’s visionary and developer, Hale received an Idaho Smart Growth award for his commercial redevelopment of the six-block Downtown Boise neighborhood that includes the Modern Hotel and Bar, Linen Building Event Center, Big City Coffee, A’Tavola Gourmet Marketplace, as well as other successful businesses in the area. He is the first developer in Boise to utilize the EPA’s Brownfield Redevelopment Grant Program to successfully clean up the contaminated Linen Building property at 14th and Grove.

Hale is experienced in all aspects of real estate development and construction, including contractual relations, land acquisitions, entitlements, financing, developing, designing, contracting and marketing.  His continued focus on building community and adding to Boise’s overall livability is clearly evident in his dedication, passion and commitment to developing innovative infill properties.
